
Hello my name is Paul Brooks,
and welcome to my business, Beech Grove Business Services.
My working life started in the Royal Air Force where I was employed as an
electronics specialist, maintaining critical systems for the RAF across the world.
The nine years I spent there gave me a passion for teamwork and a
commitment to excellence which has stayed with me through my career in technical operations management. Over the last 35 years I've been fortunate to work in a wide range of roles with professional, driven people, in organisations across the UK and in Germany, ranging from Government agencies and multi-national corporations, to not-for profit groups, and small and medium enterprises.
Whether maintaining systems for the Royal Air Force; optimising telephony services at Vodafone; supporting terrestrial broadcasting systems for the BBC; ensuring safe technical operations across the Scottish Highlands and the North Sea; leading satellite ground station operations for the European Space Agency; delivering great IT services; or running operations in a highly respected cyber security company, its been a varied few years ! More recently my responsibilities moved into governance roles with responsibility for Quality & Performance, Health & Safety, Information Security, and Business Continuity.
In all of these roles, producing high performance while maintaining a safe working environment, and delivering fantastic levels of service for customers have
always been the measures of success.

On receiving a query from you we will contact you to arrange a no-obligation initial meeting, either face to face or by videocall, during which we will discuss your business and your requirements with you to find out exactly what you are looking for;
the best solution for you; and the most effective way to deliver that solution.
We will then provide a clear and detailed proposal and quotation for the best solution, which will include a plan of how we propose to work with you; the information and access to you and your staff that we will require; and a scheduled scope of work, including well-defined deliverables and any agreed stages and stage payments.
On receipt of your order we will commence the work on the agreed date and maintain regular communication with you,
including regular progress reports, raising any issues or unforeseen issues immediately.
